Cancellations, return and refund policy

Products purchased on the www.novanorth.fi website can be returned to us for a refund within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be with original proof of purchase (or gift receipt). The returned item must be unused and in its original condition. If you choose to return a product, you are responsible for the shipping charges. Should a product be damaged or incorrectly sent, we will provide a full refund or exchange; in this case the shipping costs will be refunded through the method used for payment. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: custom made orders, sales items, herb sticks.

Online Yoga classes

• Class bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before class. Cancellations can be made online or by emailing novanorth.bodywork@gmail.com

• Early cancellations: cancelled more than 24 hours before the class then the class will be credited back to their account.

• Late cancellations: cancelled less than 24 hours of the class are not refundable.

• Class bookings can be rescheduled up to 6 hours before the class. Each class booking can be rescheduled 1 time free of charge. To reschedule your booking email novanorth.bodywork@gmail.com
