Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://www.novanorth.fi/ (the “Service”) owned by NEMorefield/NovaNorth (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Novanorth.fi is your source for mediation tools and online yoga classes.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service.
Our store is hosted on Wix.com Ltd. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Online store terms
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. You expressly agree that NEMorefield/NovaNorth is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the submission of false or inaccurate information. By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. You expressly agree that NEMorefield/NovaNorth cannot accept any liability for loss or damage arising out of such cancellation.
Products in your shopping bag are not reserved until you have placed the order. After an order is placed, we will send an order confirmation email;
however we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order due to any reason.
Shipping confirmation
Once an order has been processed, we will send a shipping confirmation email. This is our acceptance of an order. We will not guarantee that all products presented on the website are in stock at the time of an order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you by email. If we already have received payment for such product we will refund you the amount.
Online yoga classes
Online bookings can be made up to 1 hour before the class begins. Class bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before class. Cancellations can be made online (?? onko mahdollista) or by emailing novanorth.bodywork@gmail.com

Early cancellations: cancelled more than 24 hours before the class then the class will be credited back to their account minus the payment provider’s cost.

Late cancellations: cancelled less than 24 hours of the class are not refundable.
Class bookings can be rescheduled to another date up to 6 hours before class. To reschedule your class email novanorth.bodywork@gmail.com. If you arrive/sign in after the class has started, we may not be able to let you in. We reserve the right to cancel a course or workshop in the event of exceptional circumstances that means we are unable to offer the event as advertised or if there are insufficient numbers booked into the event for it to be commercially viable. Should this happen you will be given a full refund of fees you have paid.
Health disclaimer
Physical exercise, in all of its forms and with or without the use of equipment such as blocks, straps or any other equipment that may be suggested by the instructor, is a strenuous physical activity. You are advised to seek the advice of a physician before beginning any physical exercise regimen, routine, or program shown in any of the online yoga classes. NEMorefield/NovaNorth is not a medical organization and its instructors or staff cannot give you medical advice or diagnosis. All suggestions and comments relating to the use of equipment, poses, moves and instruction are not required to be performed by you and are carried out at your election while participating in online yoga classes. Nothing contained in this website or in online yoga classes should be construed as any form of such medical advice or diagnosis.
By taking part in the online yoga classes, you represent that you understand that physical exercise involves strenuous physical movement, and that such activity carries the risk of injury whether physical or mental. You understand that it is your responsibility to judge your physical and mental capabilities for such activities. It is your responsibility to ensure that by participating in classes, courses, programs, and activities, you will not exceed your limits while performing such activity, and you will select the appropriate level of activity for your skills and abilities, as well as for any mental or physical conditions and/or limitations you have. You understand that, from time to time instructors may suggest physical adjustments or the use of equipment and it is your sole responsibility to determine if any such suggested adjustment or equipment is appropriate for your level of ability and physical and mental condition. You expressly waive and release any claim that you may have at any time for injury of any kind against NEMorefield/NovaNorth, or any person or entity involved with NEMorefield/NovaNorth, including without limitation its directors, instructors, independent contractors, employees,contractors, affiliates and representatives.
General
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Prices
The prices and delivery costs shown on the website include VAT. The prices may vary between a physical store and the website. The delivery costs are shown in connection with the shipping methods at the checkout stage.

You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment
