Longer yin classes to slow down, get quiet and arrive in the body.
A slow paced moment in time to relax both the body and the ming. In these yin classes each posture is held for 3 minuter or more in order to open into the thick layers of connective tissue around the joints. It is a great complement to a more dynamic practice and to combat everyday stress.

Yin - Water element
In this class we will be working with opening the legs. This one is quite prop heavy so have a belt, a towel or blanket, yoga block, bolster/pillows and some space on the wall ready.
Yin - Hips at the wall
This full length yin class is all about the hips.
Our main prop for is the wall so find some wall space and get ready to lift those legs up!
